In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lgo188" — refers to the gaming platform operating at https://lgo188.cam, including its website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "Platform" — the entirety of services, games, betting markets, and tools made available by lgo188 to registered users.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lgo188 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — a unique registered profile created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player that are fully withdrawable subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits or bonus funds awarded by lgo188 that are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process that Players must complete as required by lgo188's compliance obligations.
• "Game Rules" — the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.

By accessing the lgo188 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

lgo188 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to the lgo188 Platform is restricted. You are only eligible to register and participate if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, beyond Indonesia's existing legal framework.
• You are not employed by lgo188, any of its affiliated entities, or any company providing services or games to lgo188 in any capacity.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction, or if you have concerns about your gambling behavior, you have consulted the resources available on our Responsible Gaming page before proceeding.

To participate in any games or place any bets on the lgo188 Platform, you must create a personal Account. The registration process requires the following:

4.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• A strong, unique password of at least 8 characters including a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Accurate personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, and residential address matching your official Indonesian identification documents.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only on the lgo188 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple Accounts will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. lgo188 may suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be false, incomplete, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.

4.4 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lgo188 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify lgo188 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. lgo188 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gambling best practices, lgo188 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be requested at any time at lgo188's discretion, including during promotional participation or on high-value transactions.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk). The document must not be expired, and all text and photograph must be clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, taken on the day of submission. The photo must not be edited or filtered.
• Payment Method Verification: For withdrawals to bank accounts, lgo188 may request a photograph of your ATM card (with the middle eight digits obscured) or a recent bank statement confirming account ownership.

5.2 Processing Time

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 1–24 hours of submission during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). You will receive an email and in-platform notification once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Player is unable to satisfactorily complete KYC verification, lgo188 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, restrict access to certain features, or close the Account entirely. Deposits made prior to failed verification will be returned to the original payment source subject to fraud and AML checks.

lgo188 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following verified payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: Rp 50,000
• Standard maximum single deposit: Rp 50,000,000 (higher limits available upon request for verified VIP Players)
• Daily deposit limit (default): Rp 100,000,000

6.2 Processing Time

Deposits are processed automatically and funds are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank or e-wallet transaction. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

6.3 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the lgo188 Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review.
• lgo188 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
• Deposits made to lgo188 are non-refundable once wagered, except in cases of technical error or confirmed platform malfunction.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and successful completion of KYC verification.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 (higher limits for verified VIP Players by arrangement)

7.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by our finance team within 1–24 hours. Once approved, funds are transferred directly to your registered Indonesian bank account. Actual bank crediting time depends on your bank's processing schedule and typically occurs within the same business day for requests approved before 4:00 PM WIB.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the lgo188 Account holder, as confirmed by KYC documentation.
• lgo188 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not used for deposits in the relevant account period.
• If an active bonus is attached to your Account, bonus wagering requirements must be met before the associated Real Money Balance can be withdrawn. Alternatively, you may forfeit the bonus to withdraw your unrestricted real balance.
• lgo188 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 or where fraud indicators are present.

lgo188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Each Player may claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless lgo188 expressly permits multiple claims in the offer's specific terms.
• lgo188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses awarded as a result of technical error, system malfunction, or exploitation of a platform vulnerability are void and will be reclaimed.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following standard wagering conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount within 30 calendar days of bonus activation.
• Only bets placed using Bonus Balance count toward wagering requirements. Real Money Balance bets placed while a bonus is active may or may not contribute, depending on the specific promotion.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting contributions vary by market and odds.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (for sports) or on banned game titles (listed in individual promotion terms) do not contribute to wagering requirements.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

lgo188 monitors all bonus activity. Actions constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play, arbitrage betting across multiple Accounts, or coordinated exploitation of promotions — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.

All games available on the lgo188 Platform — including slot games (including those colloquially known as slot gacor, Indonesian player slang for high-RTP slots), live casino tables, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery format), and specialty games — are governed by their respective Game Rules displayed within each game interface.

9.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on the lgo188 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure outcomes are statistically random and not manipulable by the Platform or by Players. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are available within the individual game information screens.

9.2 Sports Betting Settlement

All sports bets — including football betting (bandar bola), Asian handicap markets (voor bola), and mix parlay accumulators — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League). In the event of a disputed or abandoned match, lgo188's settlement rules as published in the sports betting rules section apply and are final.

9.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, lgo188 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and refund the wager amounts to the Player's Account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are void and will not be paid. lgo188 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Increases to limits take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lgo188 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantages in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for profit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illicit sources or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other Players in multi-player games or sharing Account access with other individuals.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lgo188 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy, or anonymizing services in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Charging back a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after those funds have been wagered on the Platform.

All content available on the lgo188 Platform — including but not limited to the lgo188 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of lgo188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without lgo188's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lgo188, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays beyond our control.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of your own wagering decisions, regardless of the circumstances under which those decisions were made.
• Third-party actions including payment provider failures, bank delays, internet service interruptions, or cyber attacks directed at infrastructure outside lgo188's direct control.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including Account closures resulting from prohibited conduct or failed KYC.

lgo188's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lgo188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendment may include, but are not limited to, changes in applicable regulations, updates to Platform features, changes in payment processing arrangements, or corrections of typographical or factual errors.

For material changes that affect Player rights or obligations, lgo188 will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming industry standards and applicable international commercial law.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact lgo188's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

15.2 Formal Disputes

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of a written complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the lgo188 Platform must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will be time-barred and will not be considered.
